Cathy Pagano began her career at USLI in 1998 where she spent several years honing her underwriting acumen on a variety of teams including Workers Compensation, Liquor Liability, Special Events and Commercial Package. Cathy joined the Customer Distribution team in 2013 as a Regional Account Executive where she built strong and lasting relationships with customers.
Her exposure to a multitude of industry segments has given her a unique skillset. She has experience in creating business over the phone, appointing prospective customers, developing both new and seasoned salespeople and mentoring sales managers. Cathy generously shares her knowledge and experience with people new to the industry. She has led several candidates through USLI’s rigorous 50/50 program and helped develop the USLI Sales Management Program, which provides consultative support to sales managers.
