Individuals who completed the original USLI quote online through an appointed USLI wholesaler. Contest is limited to U.S. based companies and eligible U.S. business. 

An eligible bound quote is a binder/policy that was originally quoted through USLI’s online quoting platform and is subsequently bound. 

Eligibility is based on the bind date, not the date the original online quote was created. For example, a quote created online in September that is bound in October will count toward the applicable October contest period.

• $1,000 Weekly Drawings: Each week, one lucky winner takes home $1,000. All USLI web quotes bound that week will be pulled for the drawing, so each binder is another chance to win!
• Repeat Winners: Individuals may win multiple Weekly Drawings throughout the contest.
• $1,000 Monthly Award: The individual with the highest number of eligible bound quotes during the applicable month will receive the $1,000 Monthly Award.
• $5,000 Monthly Drawing: The five individuals with the highest number of eligible bound quotes during the applicable month (including the $1,000 Monthly Award winner) will qualify for the $5,000 Monthly Drawing. One winner will be randomly selected from those five finalists. Each of the top five individuals get equal chance in the drawing.
• Monthly Prize Eligibility: Each individual may win the $1,000 Monthly Award and the $5,000 Monthly Drawing only once during the contest period.
• $25,000 Grand Prize: All winners of the previous weekly and monthly prizes will be entered into the final drawing to win the $25,000 Grand Prize. One winner will be randomly selected. All previous winners will have an equal chance in the drawing.
  
• Cash Prize Restrictions: If a winner or their company is unable to accept a cash prize, an alternative prize may be provided such as a USLI CARE2WEAR Gear Store credit, lunch for the office or a donation to an eligible charity selected by the winner, subject to applicable requirements.
• Weekly Timeline: Each contest week runs from Monday at 12 a.m. through Sunday at 11:59 p.m. ET. Eligible web quotes bound during that period will count toward that week’s drawing.
• Monthly Prizes Tiebreakers: If two or more individuals are tied for the $1,000 Monthly Award or a spot among the top five performers, all tied individuals will be included in a random drawing to determine the $1,000 Monthly Award winner or the $5,000 Monthly Drawing winner.
• Prize Delivery: Cash prizes will be presented in person when possible. If an in-person presentation is not feasible, the prize will be delivered by mail.

Notice to Producers: Producers remain solely responsible for their placement decisions. The interests of the applicants and policyholders must remain the primary consideration in every insurance transaction. Eligibility for prizes must not be considered when recommending, quoting, placing, renewing or replacing applicants’ and policyholders' insurance coverage. The Company reserves the right to monitor contest activity for compliance purposes and modify, suspend or terminate the contest if compliance concerns are identified.
