Personal Training Sessions

The Slainte team is here to help you reach your full potential both physically and mentally. Our team of personal trainers all hold nationally accredited fitness certifications and degrees in exercise science. One-on-one and small-group personal training sessions are available. Small-group sessions can consist of two to four individuals and allow members of the group to split the cost of training. To schedule or inquire about personal training, please email slainte@usli.com.

Massage Therapy Sessions

Megan Blair Webb is a licensed massage therapist practicing deep tissue, Swedish, Lomi Lomi and pregnancy massage. She is licensed through the Academy of Massage Therapy and Body Works. Megan also works as a chiropractic assistant while taking private appointments for massage.

To schedule or inquire about massage therapy sessions, please contact Alex Bollinger. Sessions are available in 45- and 60-minute appointments. All sessions will be conducted in the privacy of our specially designed massage rooms.

Sign up for an on-site or virtual nutrition counseling session with Time to Thrive Nutrition!

Time To Thrive Nutrition’s mission is to support clients through every chapter of life — providing personalized, science-backed nutrition care that improves energy, confidence, performance and long-term well-being. They meet each client where they are, honor their unique experiences, and guide them toward sustainable habits that help them thrive.

Under USLI’s benefit plan, you are allowed six free visits with a registered dietician each year. These appointments can be scheduled virtually or in person at Slainte Fitness Center.
