Personal Training Sessions
Our team of trainers is here to help you reach your full fitness potential. All trainers hold nationally accredited certifications and have a degree in the health and exercise science field. Sessions are available on an individual or a group basis. Group sessions can consist of two to four individuals and allow members of the group to split the cost of training. Massage Therapy Sessions
Megan Blair Webb is a licensed massage therapist practicing deep tissue, Swedish, Lomi Lomi and pregnancy massage. She is licensed through the Academy of Massage Therapy and Body Works. Megan also works as a chiropractic assistant while taking private appointments for massage.
To schedule or inquire about massage therapy sessions, please contact Megan Petriello. Sessions are available in 45 and 60 minute appointments. All sessions will be conducted in the privacy of our specially designed massage rooms.
Personalized Nutrition
Holly Lockhoff is a highly experienced registered dietitian who has been working in both clinical and private practice settings for over a decade. She works with all individuals, including those seeking to improve the quality of their diet, learn new meal ideas and recipes, and manage chronic diseases like diabetes or high cholesterol.
As a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics, Holly works with athletes and active adults to enhance their performance through personalized nutrition. She adopts a food-first approach and helps clients find practical solutions to improve their nutrition and diet without making things complicated.
Holly's ultimate goal is to help her clients feel good about their food choices and improve their relationship with food. She believes nutrition should be simple and realistic and strives to assist her clients in achieving their health and wellness goals by creating personalized nutrition plans.
